Pattern design and optimization of yarn-dyed plaid fabric using isolation niche genetic algorithm and rough set theory

Under the circumstance of perceptual consumption, it is still challenging to grasp consumer's emotions and demands due to the large search space, diversified preferences, and easy fatigue of consumers. To reduce user fatigue and enlarge search space, a novel method was presented to design and optimize the pattern of yarn-dyed plaid fabric using the isolation niche genetic algorithm and rough set theory. Each pattern was encoded as a chromosome based on the real number code. The population was initialized and evolved using INGA to maintain the diversity. The rough set theory was adopted as the fitness function of isolation niche genetic algorithm to extract the consumer's demands. After multiple evolutions, a large set of practical patterns of the yarn-dyed plaid fabric are obtained. Experiments were carried out by 24 testers of different ages and genders. The results prove that the proposed method based on the isolation niche genetic algorithm and rough set theory is feasible and effective, supplying references to the designer.     

认同度修正下的近相邻改进推荐算法研究

如何融合多方因素准确地为用户提供个性化产品一直是关注的热点问题，由此，一个新的近相邻改进算法融入了大众化认同度和个性化认同度，利于更加高效地挖掘隐藏信息。实验结果表明，相对于传统近相邻算法，认同度修正算法虽然查全率小幅度上下波动，但其他多个评价指标都得到极大提升，假正率和深度有所减少，查准率、[F1]值和提升度得以增加，并且，受试者特征曲线和提升曲线也都说明此修正算法具有更为显著的推荐效果。     

基于归一化水体指数及其阈值自适应算法的水体遥感反演效果分析

归一化水体指数（NDWI）是水体遥感反演的一种重要指标，其阈值及修正直接影响反演结果的精度。基于Landsat-8与GF-1光学多光谱影像，使用归一化水体指数法阈值0（TH₀）、最大类间方差法（OTSU）自适应阈值（TH_otsu）与均值漂移聚类算法（Mean-Shift）自适应阈值（TH_MS）分别对典型正常水体、云雾覆盖水体、富营养化水体、高含泥沙水体进行水体遥感提取与效果分析，结果表明：正常水体以TH₀为阈值提取精度最高，THMS提取精度次之，TH_otsu提取精度最差；而云雾覆盖水体、富营养化水体以及含泥沙水体使用THMS提取精度最高，尤其少量云雾覆盖下的水体，TH_MS具有更明显的优势，TH₀提取精度次之，TH_otsu提取精度最差；对于不同的阈值，Land?sat-8比GF-1总体表现出更高的水体提取精度。Mean-Shift算法应用于NDWI阈值修正与水体遥感反演具有快速、水质适应性强、效果稳定的优势，对尤其是复杂条件下的水体信息遥感反演具有较好的提取效果。     

Electrical polarization and ionic conduction properties of β-tricalcium phosphate bioceramics with controlled vacancies by sodium ion substitution

With the aim to understand electric polarization mechanisms of β-tricalcium phosphate as an advanced biomaterial, Na ion-substituted β-Ca₃(PO₄)₂ (Na-β-TCPs) ceramics with controlled lattice vacancies were synthesized and structural refinement was performed by the Rietveld method. The Rietveld analysis revealed that Ca and vacancies at Ca(4) sites in the β-TCP structure decreased with an increase in Na substitution. Electrical measurements by the complex impedance method revealed that the conductivity and the activation energy calculated from Cole-Cole plots rapidly decreased to a constant value with an increase in Na substitution and decrease in vacancies. The thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) curve of the electrically polarized Na-β-TCP showed one large peak at 530–610 °C. However, the accumulated charge decreased with an increase in Na ions and decrease in vacancies up to 2.37 mol%, after which it became constant. These results are consistent with the presumed formation of a dipole moment between aligned Ca²⁺ ions and their vacancies along the direction of the external polarization field applied at high temperature. We conclude that the large amount of stored charge in β-TCP caused by electrical polarization is due to the low site occupancy of calcium ions and vacancies at Ca(4) sites in the β-TCP structure, which is not the case for hydroxyapatite (HAp), as previously reported.     

Probing the effect of R-cation radii on structural,vibrational, optical,and dielectric properties of rare earth (R=La,Pr, Nd) aluminates

The present study correlates the effect of R-cation radii on structural, vibrational, optical, and dielectric properties of rhombohedral rare earth aluminates RAlO₃ (R = La, Pr, Nd). The polycrystalline samples of RAlO₃ have been synthesized using sol-gel synthesis technique. Pure rhombohedral phase of RAlO₃ samples has been confirmed with X-ray diffraction. Systematic decrements in the lattice parameter, bond length, and bond angle have been observed, giving rise to structural distortion due to decrease in ionic radii of R-cation. The phononic properties of RAlO₃ have been investigated through Raman spectroscopy, where the degree of distortion of AlO₆ octahedra can be analyzed with the peak position of E_g and A_1g modes. An increase in the energy bandgap with decreasing R-cation radii shows an interconnection with the decrease in Al–O bond length. Interestingly, the decreasing dielectric constant with decreasing ionic radii of R-cation has been correlated with the difference in electronegativity of cation(R³⁺)-anion(O^2?) pair. Also, a positive linear relationship between dielectric constant and energy bandgap has been investigated using Penn model.

Interleukin-1β Modulation of the Mechanobiology of Primary Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts: Potential Implications in Lung Repair

Pro-inflammatory cytokines like interleukin-1β (IL-1β) are upregulated during early responses to tissue damage and are expected to transiently compromise the mechanical microenvironment. Fibroblasts are key regulators of tissue mechanics in the lungs and other organs. However, the effects of IL-1β on fibroblast mechanics and functions remain unclear. Here we treated human pulmonary fibroblasts from control donors with IL-1β and used Atomic Force Microscopy to unveil that IL-1β significantly reduces the stiffness of fibroblasts concomitantly with a downregulation of filamentous actin (F-actin) and alpha-smooth muscle (α-SMA). Likewise, COL1A1 mRNA was reduced, whereas that of collagenases MMP1 and MMP2 were upregulated, favoring a reduction of type-I collagen. These mechanobiology changes were functionally associated with reduced proliferation and enhanced migration upon IL-1β stimulation, which could facilitate lung repair by drawing fibroblasts to sites of tissue damage. Our observations reveal that IL-1β may reduce local tissue rigidity by acting both intracellularly and extracellularly through the downregulation of fibroblast contractility and type I collagen deposition, respectively. These IL-1β-dependent mechanical effects may enhance lung repair further by locally increasing pulmonary tissue compliance to preserve normal lung distension and function. Moreover, our results support that IL-1β provides innate anti-fibrotic protection that may be relevant during the early stages of lung repair.     

Relaxor behavior and energy storage density induced by B-sites substitutions in (Ca0.28Ba0.72)2.1Na0.8Nb5O15 Tungsten bronze ceramics

Lead-free relaxor ferroelectrics (Ca_0.28Ba_0.72)_2.1Na_0.8Nb_5-xSb_xO₁₅ (CBNNS) and (Ca_0.28Ba_0.72)_2.1Na_0.8Nb_5-yTa_yO₁₅ (CBNNT) with tungsten bronze structure were fabricated via solid-state reactions. The obtained CBNNS and CBNNT ceramics showed different dielectric behaviors. Only the CBNNS ceramics revealed an intensified diffusion and relaxor-like characteristics, which could be verified by the modified Curie–Weiss law. The relaxor behaviors in CBNNS were attributed to the radii difference between Sb⁵⁺ and Nb⁵⁺ ions co-occupying in B-sites. For the substitution of Nb⁵⁺ by Sb⁵⁺ in CBNNS ceramics, the change from macroscopic polarization to local polarization could also give rise to the obvious relaxor behavior. The Raman spectra verified a larger off-centering of the cation and a higher distortion degree for BO₆ octahedron in the ab plane for CBNNS ceramics when compared with those of CBNNT. In addition, the ferroelectric properties of CBNNS ceramics further indicated the relaxor ferroelectric nature, and also confirmed that the relaxor behavior helped to improve the energy-storage performance.     

基于光流法的固体内部声传播方向测量

目前采用光弹设备测量超声传播方向多为人眼主观观测,其误差较大,难以实现精确的定量测量。将Farneback光流法应用于光弹图像的处理,并根据帧与帧之间的光流图来计算光弹图像中的超声传播方向,可以捕捉图像中的动态声场。在实验中对不同传播方向的超声进行了测量,其绝对偏差度数最大值为2.85°,测量结果较为准确。因此,Farneback光流法可用于光弹图像中声波传播方向的判断,且具有快速、准确和直观等特点。     

大数据环境下基于K中心点优化算法的Web服务组合

在当前Web服务海量增加、现有Web服务选择算法低效、用户匹配度差的基础上，针对K中心点算法存在的质点偏移、准确率低和容易发生畸变等问题，提出一种大数据环境下基于K中心点优化算法的Web服务组合方法。该方法是在大数据环境下，根据不同用户需求满意度及Web服务QoS参数，对基于优化初始聚类中心的K中心点算法的Web服务选择及最优Web服务组合进行研究。同时针对不同的选择方法对服务动态选择及组合的准确度、迭代更新次数、候选集选择时间及选择总时间进行实验分析，验证了本文研究方法的有效性和可靠性。
